Launching at Focus 25/The Longer View, ‘The Woven Collection’ is a series of textiles inspired by antique darning samplers and hand-drawn geometric patterns.
Woven in England at a 10th-generation, family-run mill, the fabrics are tactile, full of character and combine familiar shapes like stripes, zigzags, and subtle florals with a fresh, playful approach to pattern and colour.
The weaving techniques behind each fabric have been passed down through the same family for over three centuries. The skills and knowledge have been honed and handed from generation to generation, ensuring time honoured craftsmanship continues in every metre.
