TERMS AND CONDITIONS, Delivery and returns

 

DELIVERY

Delivery of wallpaper and samples is within 5 working days. Please note for large orders of wallpaper, it may need to be printed to order. Please contact jessica@jessicaosborne.com if not enough inventory online.

Fabric delivery is within 6 weeks due to the fabric being printed to order.

Cushions will be delivered within 6 weeks due to them being printed and made to order.

If you need anything urgently please do send me an email and I can see what I can do. jesssica@jessicaosborne.com

Delivery cost is dependant on weight and will be calculated at checkout 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship internationally. Please email jessica@jessicaosborne.com for a quote if your country is not on a shipping option.

Please note for international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending on where it is being shipped to. Jessica Osborne is not responsible for payment of this duty.

The shipping company will contact you once your package has arrived in customs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the necessary charges. Once this is done, the goods will be released from customs. Please note that this may delay delivery times.

ORDERING, QUANTITIES AND PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. However this will not affect orders which have been placed but not yet dispatched.

Jessica Osborne can not be held responsible for under or over ordering on fabric or wallpaper. We recommend that you seek advice from a decorator. Additional metres or rolls ordered will be treated as a totally new order and can not be added to previous orders so please do seek advice from a trained professional if you are unsure of quantity.

RETURNS - WALLPAPER

We do accept returns and can issue refunds for the wallpaper only. You may return an order within 7 days of receipt, provided that it is unopened and in the original packaging. We will happily  refund the original cost not including the delivery cost. Please contact us if you would like to return an order and we will issue you with a returns address. Please note that the customer hold responsibility of the cost of returns. 

When returning items back to us, please ensure the package is wrapped well. If items are returned damaged or lost we reserve the right to charge you for such loss or damage. 

We do not hold responsibility for over or under ordering of the wallpaper. Additional rolls needed will be considered as a separate order and billed accordingly. 

All orders will be packaged well however in the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged please contact info@jessiaosborne.com along with photographs, immediately so we can resolve the issue.

RETURNS - FABRIC AND CUSHIONS

We cannot accept returns of the fabric unless it is faulty. This is due to the fabric being printed to order.

We also do not accept returns on cushions as these are made to order unlesss they arrive faulty.

PRODUCTS AND COLOUR

Sizes of samples are approximate.

Our fabric designs are printed on 100% linen which is natural fabric therefore there can sometimes be very minor variations in the fabric including slubs or tiny dots where the ink has not been able to sink into the fabric. You agree that this cannot be classified as faulty due to the natural characteristics of the linen used.

We have tried to match the colours as best we can to screen, however each screen light is different depending on whether you are on a phone, laptop or I pad therefore Jessica Osborne can not accept responsibility if the colour on screen is different to that of the ordered product.

Our printers quality control our fabrics and wallpapers to match as best as possible the colours between batches. However, Jessica Osborne can not guarantee exact colour match of the same design from different orders.
